Carla is one of the first friendly faces you will see when you enter our office. She has worked with the Hawley’s since 2000 and loves working with the public. In fact, this love of people has led her to become highly involved in the Land O’ Lakes community. Carla has served as Honorary Mayor of Land O’ Lakes and currently serves on the board of directors for the Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers many hours for different events that the chamber coordinates, such as the Flapjack Festival, Miss Central Pasco Scholarship Pageant, Lila’ Mr. & Lila’ Miss Flapjack Pageant and the Business Expo. You can be sure to see Carla out and about at many community functions or around her daughter’s school.

Carla is a fourth-generation native Floridian. She attended Hillsborough Community College and Pasco Hernando Community College and has also taken certification courses in customer service, a variety of computer courses and several management courses. She has her real estate license and worked in retail management for 18 years prior to working with Hawley and Hawley.

She has been married to Keith for 17 years, and they are proud parents of a 14-year-old daughter, Marissa.
